Can Flowlymph Roller Go be used on the whole body?
Flowlymph Roller Go can be used on several areas of the body, but it is primarily designed for areas such as the legs, glutes, arms, upper back, and trapezius/neck. On the legs, the roller can be used with the included floor stand, while the handheld mode gives better control on the upper body.
With lymphatic massage, direction and pressure matter more than massaging as hard as possible. Work with controlled, rhythmic strokes in the direction of lymphatic flow, and it's a good idea to start on the lowest speed.
As a simple routine, we recommend starting at speed 1 for about 2–3 minutes per area. A typical full-body session with Flowlymph takes around 20–30 minutes.
Avoid rolling directly over areas that are painful, injured, or inflamed. Lymphatic drainage is also not recommended for certain medical conditions, including blood clots or other ongoing infection, fever, heart disease, and kidney failure.
Remember that harder is not automatically better. For lymphatic massage, a regular, controlled, and comfortable pressure is a key part of the technique.
