Yes, you can wear clothes while using the FlowPEMF IR Mat Pro. PEMF works through pulsed electromagnetic fields and does not require direct skin contact.

However, since FlowPEMF also uses far infrared heat, the amount of clothing you wear can affect how the heat is experienced. We therefore recommend thin, comfortable clothing for a pleasant session and good heat transfer.
