Yes, you can use Flowlymph Roller Go while wearing clothes. The roller works through rhythmic, mechanical pressure on the tissue and therefore does not require direct skin contact.

For the roller to make good contact with the body, we recommend thin, close-fitting clothing. Very thick or loose-fitting garments can make it harder for the textured massage rollers to work evenly across the area.
