Why is my Flowchiller showing an E2 error?

If your Flowchiller displays the E2 error code, it means that the unit has detected water or moisture inside the chiller. The error code acts as a safety feature and may cause the chiller to stop operating normally in order to protect the unit.

We recommend turning the Flowchiller off completely and disconnecting it from the power supply. You can then carefully tilt the chiller approximately 45 degrees to help any water that may have entered the unit drain out.

Then leave the Flowchiller switched off for 24 hours to allow any remaining moisture to dry completely.

After 24 hours, you can reconnect it to the power supply and try starting it again.
