How do you adjust the massage heads on the Flowfeet Pro?

The massage heads on the Flowfeet Pro are not moved manually. Instead, the massage is controlled using the buttons on the control panel.

Using the kneading button, you can choose between four levels. Level 0 keeps the massage heads stationary to provide static pressure, while Levels 1–3 activate rotation at increasing speeds.

You can also adjust the arch height separately using the Arch setting. There are five positions: 0, 3, 6, 9, and 14 mm. The higher the setting, the deeper the pressure applied to the arch of the foot.
