How does FlowPEMF work?

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field, meaning that pulsed electromagnetic fields are generated by coils inside the mat. These low-frequency pulses are used in research and treatment for their ability to influence biological processes in the body, including processes linked to cell signalling.

The FlowPEMF IR Mat Pro has eight copper coils placed across the mat to provide coverage from head to toe. The PEMF frequency can be set between 1–30 Hz, and the mat has three preset programs: Sleep at 5 Hz, Circulation at 15 Hz, and Recovery at 30 Hz.

The mat's PEMF function is also combined with far infrared heat (FIR). This means the FlowPEMF IR Mat Pro combines two technologies in a single product and can be used as part of your routine for sleep, circulation, and recovery.
